Program Impact by the Numbers

18 Weeks Duration
156 Contact Hours
12 Real Case Studies

Our autumn 2025 cohort will spend 18 intensive weeks building practical skills through structured learning modules. Each participant completes 156 contact hours including workshops, peer collaboration time, and one-on-one guidance sessions. The curriculum includes 12 comprehensive case studies drawn from real Australian businesses across various industries.

From Confusion to Confidence

When Darcy Pemberton started her consulting business in 2023, she kept financial records in three different spreadsheets and a shoebox full of receipts. By the time tax season arrived, she faced a nightmare of missing documentation and unclear categorization.

"I spent more time trying to reconstruct what happened six months ago than actually running my business," she recalls. "The program taught me that good record-keeping isn't about perfection – it's about creating systems that actually work for how your business operates."

Now Darcy maintains clean, organized records that give her real-time visibility into her business performance. She can make informed decisions about expenses, pricing, and growth opportunities because she understands what the numbers actually mean.

How the Learning Actually Works

We believe in learning by doing. Each week combines theory with immediate practical application using real scenarios and hands-on exercises.

  1. 1 Start each week with a focused workshop covering specific record-keeping concepts and Australian compliance requirements
  2. 2 Work in small groups to analyze real business scenarios, identifying challenges and developing solutions collaboratively
  3. 3 Practice new skills using provided templates and tools, with immediate feedback from instructors and peers
  4. 4 Apply what you've learned to your own business or practice scenarios, building your personal system step by step
  5. 5 Share results and challenges with your learning group, learning from each other's experiences and insights
